Nusrat Ghani said: “Our local radio stations are invaluable assets and play key roles in our communities. They provided a lifeline to many Wealden residents throughout the pandemic, sharing important information and latest guidelines. I work very closely with our fantastic local community radio stations Hailsham FM and Uckfield FM and enjoy my monthly catch ups on air with Uckfield FM to discuss local matters and national campaigns. I am pleased that we have a new radio station in the area, available digitally and on demand. It was a pleasure catching up with Weald Pod Radio about my work in Parliament and in the constituency and I look forward to working with them in the future.”
